Scirto’s has a reputation for being a very fine jewelry store. Scirto’s makes and repairs anything in the jewelry business. The store carries a large inventory of diamonds. Repairs and engravings are done in the store.
Bill is a native of Lockport. he is a graduate of the University of Buffalo. He is also certified by the Gemological Institute of America as a diamond expert. n addition, Bill has special training in colored gemstones, pearls, watch and jewelry repairing, manufacturing and designing jewelry, appraisals and many other facets of the jewelry industry.
SCIRTO JEWELERS is a member of the Independent Jewelry organization and is a Master Jeweler in the trade. Twice a year, the IJO has a jewelry show and educational seminars to keep the members current with the jewelry business.
Bill is very active in the business and civic community. He is past President and Vice President of the Downtown Lockport Business Association. e is past President of the Lockport Fire Board, as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus, Elks, Phi Kappa Pi Fraternity, and many other groups.
